WHAT'S PROVIDED:

  • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds and 1 with two single beds, 
  • 2 bathrooms - 1 with water heater, 1 regular, 
  • TV, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs,
  • Kitchen - Rice cooker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, 
  • Wardrobe, prayer mat, telekung, blankets, bath towels.
Each of these houses are able to accommodate 6 adults. Children are allowed to share existing bedding with their parents. With the provision  2 additional  sets of mattress and pillow (at no extra charge) each house is able to sleep up to 10. Any additional set of mattress + pillow will cost RM20 for the first night and RM10 for the consecutive nights. This is also subject to availability.

RATES:
RM150 per night [Monday - Friday]
RM170 per night [Saturday and Sunday, public holidays and school holidays]
 
For reservation of 3 nights and above, the above rates are negotiable.
 
A deposit of RM100 is necessary to confirm the booking. 


HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

  1. Step 1: Call or SMS Cikgu Kadir at +6017-2688369 with check-in date and number of days stay at Homestay Al-Hidayah.
    •  SMS with this message: Homestay <space> Name <space> Check-in date  <space> No days stay,
  2. Step 2: Check-in and check-out dates availability will be confirmed by return phone call or SMS,
  3. Step 3: Please make a RM100 deposit to the account below to guarantee your reservation:
    • CIMB Bank: Mohamad bin Ismail
    • Akaun no: 0403 0000 0800 90
  4. Step 4: Inform Cikgu Kadir of deposit by a phone call or SMS. 
    •  SMS with this message: Homestay <space> Name <space> Check-in date  <space> Number of days staying.
Note: Full payment is expected on check-in day when house keys are given to the guest(s).
Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 12.00pm

Early check-in awal and/or late check-out will be allowed depending on availability. 

PARKING:
The compound of the Homestay allows for 4 cars to be parked.

MEALS AND COOKING:
Guests are allowed to cook in the homestay kitchen. The gas cylinder will only be provided upon request. Provisions can be bought at the nearby Giant Hypermarket, Tesco or Jaya Jusco. There is a 7 Eleven at Taman MGBM (a couple minutes by car). There too is the weekly - Saturday night, pasar malam. The Batu Berendam (2 - 3 minutes drive) weekly pasar malam is on Sundays.

Nearer to the Homestay: Gerai Mak Andak Zainab (1-2 minutes by car, you can walk there too) sells lontong dan nasi lemak. She only opens for breakfast. There are many other stalls selling local fares like Masak Asam Melaka etc in the walking distance area.

MISC:

  • Guests are requested to take care of cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the homestay,
  • Guests are reminded not to leave their belongings especially expensive items in the homestay while they are out. Management will not be responsible for any items being misplaced or go missing. It is of vital importance that guests do not leave any of their belongings after they have checked out.
  • The management hope that all our guests will be comfortable and able to make full use of the homestay while they are traveling or holidaying in Melaka.
